INACTIVITY POLICY NOW LIVE!


Okay so after we decided to split, it came to our (the council's) attention of the number of inactive people who were currently still on the roster. This activity policy applies to EVERYONE, including council.

This has been changed.

Basically i created a spreadsheet, colour coded it so it's helpful and friendly. (Underbosses will be managing this spreadsheet with the help of Capos)

WHITE
-- This is where I hope everyone is. White means you're currently active.

GREEN
-- This means you've been inactive for 3 weeks.

YELLOW
-- This means you've been inactive 6 weeks. **Please note council members (Bronze star+) will be demoted at this time.**

RED
-- This means you've been inactive for 9 weeks. You will be removed from the family. If you return, please contact a council member to rejoin.

However, with all of this being said, we do not wish to penalize those who have IRL stuff going on or who are going to be gone for extended periods of time. Therefore, I have created a separate
BLUE
section. In order to be put on this list, you must contact a council member and tell them how long you plan on being inactive. The time you give will make you exempt from activity sweeps. After that date, you will return to the white column & escalate from there if needed.

BLUE
-- The exempt list, if you are on this list, you will not be penalized for being inactive. See the paragraph above for information to get on the list.
