1. What is your username? CG Frog (CG has no correlation to another clan or anything, just a friend and I have it)

2. What is your total level? 1672 atm

3. What time zone are you in? Central 6:00

4. How old are you? 32

5. How did you find us? Forums

6. What do you love about Runescape? The fact that theres literally 100,000 things to do and still more that I learn every day!

7. What do you like to do when you aren't working or playing OSRS? Outdoors stuff like Fishing!

8. What are you looking for in a clan? A like-minded community to mostly be a part of

9. What are you current in game goals? Start looking toward bossing in the future, but short term is 72 Slayer for Falador Shield

10. Would you be interested in joining the clan's discord server? Yes

11. Are you willing to participate in clan events and what is one clan event you'd love to see? Sure, House parties at other peoples unique houses would be interesting. I dont have a fancy PoH but it would be cool to see what other clanmates cook up.

12. Why do you think you'd be a good fit for Forever Home? So far it seems like a chill and well rounded group which is what I look for when it comes to fellow gamers.
