Explanation of EHP

EHP , which stands for Efficient Hours played , is a calculator that determines how many efficient hours you have played. It calculates this based on the most efficient training methods for each skill, at varying levels of that skill (ie, level 45 fishing xp/hr has a much lower rate than level 90 fishing xp/hr). It factors in post 99 exp and as such allows to see the ranking without bias to those who are just maxing or those just chasing 200m's. EHP is EHP. The calculator isn't perfect but it is a much better indicator of efficiency and overall account progression than overall rank or total level is. However, if you do not think you have a full understanding of EHP or think you may not have the requirements, double check first before applying.

Information on Smileys/Clan Friend Rank

Smiley Requirement: We are looking for you to have max total level or be close and aiming towards 200M skills. We will make exceptions for people who have gained a lot of EHP of the previous month(s). You are applying with the intent of becoming a future member when you apply as a smiley.

We handle applications for a smiley differently on a case by case basis. An example of a player we would add for smiley rank would be someone who has a positive attitude, is determined to become a member, is within a reach of a recruit rank, and has been on good and consistent EHP months.

We would like to be adding those who are like-minded, have a positive attitude and can contribute in a positive way to our community and have potential of being a future member.

Rules

Bear in mind that Runescape is a game, we are not here for unnecessary drama or stress, these rules go some way to stopping that. If you bring unwanted drama, no patience will be had, were here for fun, not to parent.

•

Please be civil .
- No racial slurs or seriously offensive language. We have and want to maintain a very positive community.

•

There will be no excessive trolling.
- Good hearted joking only, trolls will be removed quickly.

•

Join the Hexis clan chat when online whenever possible.
- We understand that sometimes you'll need to use other clan chats, however we would like to see you as active in the clan as possible.

•

All Jagex rules apply.

•

No multi clanning with other skilling clans.
- Exceptions can be made for certain types of clans, (such as pvp/pvm) if you have any questions, ask Hexis - #1 Skilling Clan

Clan Events and Competitions

We have 2 competitions in the clan every single month:

•
1 competition lasting the entire month with the most EHP being the winner. Every member is automatically signed up for this competition.

•
1 competition ran sometime during the month which will be over a smaller duration of time (a week/weekend/day). These competitions are organized and planned on our Discord server. Players must sign up for this competition.

Competition Points

These points will serve as a Hiscores for Hexis competitions, and will reset at the end of every season which lasts 4 months (January 1st / May 1st / September 1st.)

Competition points are earned by winning or doing well in the competitions. Competition points are awarded to the top placing individuals/teams.

The competition points are currently used as raffle tickets for end of the season prize drawings (anything from the Hexis Merch store/Runescape Bonds/etc).

Competition winners will be assigned specific user group in Discord, have a congratulatory tweet put out on the Hexis twitter, and be able to choose an approved clan chat name for the week on top of the comp points they have earned.

Any clan member/smiley are able to sign up and participate in the competitions.

Hexis Podcasts

We have been doing Hexis podcasts on a regular basis since 2015. On these podcasts we talk about the game, the clan, the community, and anything that randomly happens to come up in discussion. These are a lot of fun to listen and participate in!

Strike System

What is `Strike Worthy'?

Continued use of slurs, and/or using banned words in the clan chat or social media sites, or being consistently uncivil after warnings. (This includes harassment, or bullying or other clan-mates)
Enabling undesirable drama, or joining in with it to make the situation worse. (Drama Stirring)
Flame baiting (Egging somebody on, to try make them do something stupid, or get a response)
Unnecessary spam in the clan chat
Raiding other clan chats and making Hexis look bad.
Disobeying any clan rule

Categories:

Smileys/Guests

Two Strikes (Warning and Ban)
We will have less tolerance for these players.
Strikes will have no expiry date, and after the two strikes are given, they're out.

Clan Member

(Recruit+)

Three Strikes (Two Warnings, and a Ban)
Strikes will expire after four months, we will keep a record of when, and what the strike was earnt for, but if a member obtains more than three strikes in the allotted time window, then serious action will be taken, and they will given permanent ban from the clan.

Do not mistake Friendly banter for abuse and/or harassment, if you don't like it, ask them to stop, however if it continues afterwards, let us know and we will handle it.
