I think they are talking about an OSRS riot with widespread accusations of Jmods corruption over the duration of 2 years. I am also out of the loop, but it sounds like something similar to the Climbing Boots incident.
Frankly, I think the evident shown (emils, Twitter, Discord messages, private forum messages and PMs etc) is just against specific Jmod and OSRS player(s) that they are involved in some kind of known RWT conspiracies, and due to favoritism OP of the video and organizer of the riot was kicked out of the "approved" group for such supposedly Jagex rule-breaking but somehow allowed antics suddenly, and they don't think it is fair.
To me, although like most viewers of the video I also think there is some truth shown with evident that something rule-breaking has been allowed with blind eyes by certain Jmod for the last 2 years, there is nothing to indicate Jagex is in the know, so nothing needed to be fixed in Jagex's part other than conducting an internal investigation.
Perhaps it is up to the Jmod and OSRS players implicated in the accusations to comment on them with their own opinions, and not Jagex's.
It sounds like Climbing Boots all over again and perhaps a bit more serious because RWT is involved, but like Climbing Boots, pointing the finger to Jagex on accusations of a couple of Jmods and players is too far-fetched.
