zulrah is the ironman's answer to all problems tbh.

Special drops - Wanted.
100 magic logs noted - absolutely
300 coal and 10 runite ores noted - HELL YA
100 noted raw sharks - Ironmans gotta eat you know?
25 noted addy bars - Why not?
30 dragon bones noted - Prayers even better then cabbage!
any seed - meh, gotta make them pots.

The rare dragon med drop is the troll drop.

There's actually 3 99 rc ironmen, and all of them have a lot of range xp so that checks out.
