Here's a little brain teaser for anyone who feels like trying.

You have 8 balls that all look and feel identical. One of them is slightly lighter than the rest, but you have no way of telling which just by holding them. You also have a pair of balancing scales which will tell you which side is heavier. Can you find the lighter ball by only using the scales twice, and if so how?

There was a desert quest that had a balancing puzzle, one of the newer ones with Ozan in it. Diamond or the rough? One of those.

My guess is no. Put 4 on each scale and one side will be lighter, split the lighter side into two on each side and you'll find out 1 out of 2 rocks is lighter. If 3 tries were allowed then I could figure it out, but not by two. But feel free to prove me wrong.

Only done 10 vet'ion kills, but can someone tell me why he doesn't always summon hellhounds? Is this a glitch because I'm not trying to make it happen, don't know what causes him to summon them in both forms some fights, on one form some fights, and not at all some fights. Not doing anything differently, nothing that I'm aware of at least.

Wouldn't call it manipulation but rather bias. The forums were, are, and have always been pretty strongly opposed to the GE (hence why Jagex polled the trade survey instead of auction house).

Didn't realize that the RSOF poll you mentioned was G.E.. Thought we were talking about a poll for bonds receiving 87% in one place and 20% in another. Bias would exist here too though if that was the case.

I was just thinking that they were both open polls with no requirements(unless the RSOF one does maybe?)
