I don't know how else to say it, after what, 21 years of making the rs game you keep doing the same mistakes, the same things that ARE NOT FUN AT ALL...Who designed this nonsense? Seriously, what is the logical when implementing this into your game? This isn't fun, it's making me want to quit. Explain it?

Ruinous Powers would not be "the same things", but once when they were cancelled we shouldn't have expected anything fun the last few weeks.

I didn't expect anything rewarding since the Ruinous Powers news, so I am not disappointed with the expected drop of large amounts of resources.

I did expect a lot more story telling and exploration, and not so much combat in a grandmaster quest though, like the old grandmaster quests such as While Guthix Sleeps, The Light Within (or Song of the Elves as what OSRS called it), Nomad Requiem etc.

If you are referring to the new bosses, just wait a few days and see if more people struggle with them and they will be nerfed.

No. OSRS lasted only 10 years so far, and it didn't seem to be the most profitable year when it last reported a -7% growth in revenue.

I don't know what exactly OP thinks OSRS isn't doing right though, but for my perspective, DT2 isn't fun to be the grandmaster quests we used to experience the past 10 years in OSRS and 22 years in RS3. In the past, we might have one quest boss, but they are just making like 10 random NPCs and put them up as "bosses" with very loosely connected lore, or even no stories at all in DT2 now.

I believe we don't have DT2 in RS3, and I just want to make sure I am not talking about anything "tangential" to the topic.

An attempt to write a good quest with OS combat limitations :p Some people still haven't quite figured out EoC has a reason for existing.

(DT2 is Desert Treasure II the sequel to Desert Treasure on OSRS)
