I'd start up a bunch of accounts and dump a ton of membership on all of them, and then figure out if multi-box is a thing or even allowed; probably in reverse-order
I've already had a taste of greatness from tournament worlds. Paying for it is less-exciting. But an army of Ironman accounts all doing actions in-sync? That'd be cool to do!
Virtus Mask falling to the 5 mil trash range? Still good as a skin perhaps.
The biggest pay to win news now is probably DMM.
Wow! Why in the competitive game arena, especially with real money cash prizes, should players be allowed to pay real money to buy in game progress?
Gold swapping between OSRS and OSRS DMM now running is officially allowed? My goodness, do you think I should spend my $60,000 real money to buy OSRS bonds and swap them into the DMM gp and win some cash prizes?
STRATEGY
I would buy as many bonds possible, and then sell them. With the GP I would honestly buy as many third age axes over time. They will be lost upon using an axe handle after forestry update which in turn will make the one handed axe that much more rarer further increasing value.
I have made a video of the axe shooting up. Two videos infact. That would be what I use 60 grand on anyway.
This is to answer spending the full 60k.
WHY?
Because if I was a dumb ass wasting 60k on a game I'm going to make it count. Just like any guy would in this scenario with half brain functionality left.
I would make sure that 2b+ and rising I spent on each axe is sold in another 2 years for double that price in effect netting a nice sum of gp on top of what ever is taxed. Heck I would even take the time to sell each individual axe on forums or find buyers through Discord to make sure I get pure profit return.
And then you could buy as many 200m exps as your heart desires without having to waste no more than that 60k. You could never have to worry about gp on the next great Tbow or Tumken's shadow type item. You could have a nice bank with all the trimmings like a Sparc Mac bank video. I would also work out with the inflation graph of bonds and trajectory of item which works out best to keep some bonds or to sell and stick with the gp rise of the axe before selling for premier memberships.
I hope this answer was suitable for your theory crafting. I would never waste that money but if you had a gun to my head and said I have to, this is how i'd do it bud!

Merching may be fun, but unfortunately it doesn't guarantee I can always win with my $60,000. So I won't be gambling with my $60,000 merching bonds or other items. Besides, the OSRS market is not player driven at all. I don't want to get burnt by sudden changes of OSRS policies, especially on this already fallen Jenga economy.
