It'd be a waste of your money. Fortunately, OSRS is not pay to win. There's no way to answer this because that would be so many bonds, and gp/bonds can only go so far. The beauty of osrs is you
have
to devote time. For instance you say Herblore in less than a day, it's not as easy as you imply! Sure you could spend hours buying the bonds, converting the bonds, selling the bonds, buying the supplies with trade limits, then mixing them--but at least you can't just pay for the experience points!
I got one an grateful there is way to use in-game money to buy membership. Not enough games so that. Can just use in-game money I worked hard for and enjoy!
To answer your question if I "have 60,000 to spend on osrs," I wouldn't. The time spent converting and selling bonds is more valuable to me
it is pay2win, spend money on 99 pray 99 mage 99 range and bis gear and i guarantee you will win most fights.
OSRS - Filled with harassers sad...~
- Give me Private Hiscores this should not be public information! - ! REMOVE OSRS TAX !
I suppose I thought of a different answer to your question though: if they had made more I would've spent 60k on the Pride Month OSRS shirts!
Can I show off whatever real world items I paid to win IRL in the game?
Unfortunately, this doesn't sound like a good idea, at least not until one day OSRS will embrace Mod MMG's "toy to life" MTX idea and give us "buy whatever OSRS shirts IRL and get digital form of Purple Shirts in OSRS".
Should I buy a Gold Sink? It costs over 100 mil OSRS to make, or 13 bonds, or $104.
It is not too expensive when I have $60,000 to spend.
Pros: relatively cheap, and at least I can somewhat show off my pay to win open house to friends.
Cons: Condensed Golds necessitated for the construction of Gold Sink is trading on the GE below the NPC buy price. It is an indication of buyer remorse and the players don't think buying Gold Sink is winning.
It turns out DT2 rewards are really "cheap" when I have $60,000 to pay to win.
Considering we can buy Venator and Magus rings for about 10 bonds or only $80 each, as well as a full set of the super duper bland new Virtus for the same price of $80 real money, do you think they are worth to pay to win?
I'll say Virtus seems like a better bargain as at least the new set is at least far more visible than the tiny rings that are almost invisible in normal gameplay, if not really that prestigious to show off because of their comparatively very low prices.

spends money on new rings day 1 for BIS gear, still gets out dpsed and pked cause RNG system.
Fortunately, we can still pay to win with fashionscape, even when we don't have the skills to win against other players or bosses.
For that reason, Virtus Mask at about $9 real money is a really cheap fashionscape buy, owing to the unworthiness of the Virtus set and DT2 items as a whole. For instance, Torva Helm is more than 30 times the price of Virtus. Paying $300 for a Torva Helm is not a good pay to win fashionscape idea when we can get Virtus for only $9.
BiS T80 Virtus Mask for only $9, and GWD Armadyl helmet from 10 years ago for $8.
Oh my goodness, not even a comparison. Virtus Mask is a screaming buy for pay to win cosmetics, perhaps owing to the OSRS team severely overestimating the demand of BiS DT2 content.
