RS3 Black Phats have been released. At earliest going, they are selling for 14 bil gp each, not quite as low as 5b yet, and we will see the clear pattern in the coming days.

However, even at 14b gp in RS3, Black Phats are still very much obtainable.

On a separate note, with League 4 one-third gone already, it is likelier too late to start now or continue for the 42k points hunt if you are too far out. That should give those who are dropping out in League 4 even more time to have a better chance to either win a RS3 Black Partyhat or buy one with gp earned.

Update: Leagues 4 is past its half way point. My assessment now is if you haven't started, don't bother as 4 hours a day for the remaining 4 weeks won't likely get your 42k points.

I'll say you probably need to have 28k points and unlocked all possible regions and tiers now to get to 42k points as points will be harder and harder to come by with the higher they are.

I'll say it is almost mission impossible to get a Dragon Trophy in OSRS League 4 if you haven't started now. Or if you have started and don't have 35k points already, you may consider forfeiting and pivot to better things.

For your interest in RS3 Black Party Hat and Vorkath, the good news is they are forever content in the forever game, you are never too late and it is very possible to get a Black Party Hat from either Vorkath or other money making activities. Free death and unlimited aura refresh events are not on too to make getting a Black Party Hat even easier now. However, personally I will still put the IRL holiday season ahead of a nice Black Party Hat.

Leagues 4 is totally done so absolute 0% chance for anybody to get 42k points for a Dragon Trophy if they haven't gotten the points. Did you have your success story to share with us?

It doesn't look like anybody I know, as well as all the "new" OSRS players I can see from all social media like Twich, have gotten more than 32k points though despite they played over 8 hours a day but they quit half way. Perhaps we can learn from this observation for future OSRS Leagues (if there is one) that new players probably should not have high expectations like a 42k point Dragon Trophy if they "only" have 4 hours a day to play OSRS.

RS3 Vorkath and Black Party Hat are still going, and going and going and going, in that forever game though if the likes of OP are interested though.
