We are now in week 4 of 8 of Leagues 4. I hope you are doing well with your goal.
We can also take a look at some "newer" OSRS players who are known by many in Runescape for years and see where they stand and where are they heading in Leagues 4. This may give some OSRS players like OP some ideas on how are, or aren't, 42k Leagues Points reasonably easy to accomplish Leagues 4.
Let's look at the popular "new" OSRS player Maikeru who happends to be a top 100 players in many RS3 Hiscores and events, who should be no stranger to even the OSRS community now as he has been playing OSRS for like 2 months, and streaming Leagues 4 content since its day 1. He usually streamed 8 to 12 hours a day, and ocassionally 24 hours. Here is where Maikeru stands:

He is currently with 31,460 Leagues Points and ranked 24,669. At this pace, I think he can reach 42k Leagues Points by the end of this event in January. However, keep in mind he has spent at least two or three times the 4 hours OP can spend a day for his points. Essentially if he only had 4 hours to play each day, it might take him the full 8 weeks to achieve what he got now - about 31.5k Leagues Points.
I think this speaks volume. Newer players to OSRS Leagues 4 can, but won't have an easy time, to get a 42k Points Rune Trophy, even if they started playing 4 hours a day from the very first day.
