The Hallucinogenic Perk should stack with itself to make the strange visions happen more often.
It would totally fit my character. A schizophrenic amputee prisoner is basically his whole persona.

mmm, okay since i do think that its about time they incorporated this especially with the addition of "coloured" eyes when having the Hell's Point hairstyle.
