I brought an outfit from the solomons store black friday sale with the last little bit of gold coins I had left, the outfit and hair looks like this in the solomons store:






This is what I got:



Can I please get my money back and outfit removed. I was expecting black hair, not brown - the outfit is totally ruined by the brown hair.


How can I get this sorted please??

Have you tried recoloring the head piece in-game?

Other than that, there's no official way to request for a refund from solomon's store.
I don't know how to do that, re colour - but that's not on, they can't sell an outfit as displayed and when you get it, it's not what it was advertised. I am sure even in England that is not on. I paid real money for that outfit.

I looked into it a bit more and I can see that the spades outfit cannot be recolored.

In the images you provided, the woman's hair also didn't look black, so I also checked the store to see the color of the woman's hair was. I genuinely don't know what color is though, because I am colorblind, but I can 100% for sure tell that it's not black.


Sorry, but I can't say that there's a whole lot I can do for you about this, since the outfit has been purchased.

The only thing I can recommend in the future is to 'preview' the outfit in-game. If you open up the cosmetic's interface, you can search for outfits you don't own by messing with the filter settings in-game. Then, simply select the outfit you don't own in order to preview it.

For example, I checked off 'Not Owned' and searched for 'Spade' and I was able to preview the outfit in-game.

Not sure where you got your pictures from, look at mine - the hair is black, it was black when i brought it, it was black when I took the photo. So have I made this thread and Jagex or who ever is in the office at this hour quickly changed that colour of the hair??

I had to change my characters hair style and make my own hair black by changing the head slot:


The outfit is called the queen of spades for a reason - it's black, the hair needs to be black to make the outfit look good and black hair fits in beautifully. It's sad that I have paid money for something that was falsely advertised.

I don't want my money back, I'll keep the outfit, I just sadly can't use the hair piece that comes with the outfit, as the colour is all wrong and looks shocking. Jagex please advertise correctly, put the right colour in the picture - as colour makes the outfit and it's not fair if we purchase an outfit and it's not the colour that was advertised.

you can preview outfits you don't own in the customization interface using your own character. WAAAGH!!!
