This would be up to jagex but if they want to add the existing ones to sgs then im for that.

Any new colors are welcome too.

As im not a personal fan of particles, i dont see why they need them?

Plus its not like the current ones have them thus even less reason.

Why would you want a replica of a party hat?
The hole point in wearing a party hat isn't because it looks good but to flex bank value.

The only way this would be a good idea is if you could tell them apart from the GE p-hats. Otherwise this would be highly unfair on those that have earned the wealth to afford a legit p-hat. Maybe have the ones in the store different colours or something.

No one ever said theyd be exactly the same, so im sure thered be some difference as long as they have the same concept as the OG phats.

Maybe different colors or make them sit slighted tilted compared to the existing ones?
