Got a response from Jagex support.

I havent had loyalty points for months, got them today : )

Solomonstore states 12 days till payout.

Something about a hotfix for this, not sure if it will fix it for every RS member.

where do i go check how meany days untill payout? o cannot find it when goto solomons store it just says ""Click on 'Extend' to add to your membership and continue receiving loyalty points. where do i go see if im affected by this or not i been searchign for an hour!

From runescape.com you have to go to 'shop' - solomon store

then in the solomonstore in the topright corner there is a button 'my account'


UPDATE:

My next payout is at 0 days again. Same story on my alt.

I will report this again ingame, on both accounts.

I've gotten the same email from the same Mod who emailed / fixed it for me last time.

Missing loyalty points where deleiverd today(4march)
28 days till payout instead of 0 days wich is ok,just like last time but got stuck again at 0.

Last time they worte (18 feb)
if the Loyalty points are not delivered and your account remains at 0 days again for more then 48hrs, please reach out to us and will investigate further


This time they wrote (4 march)

maybe he ment 1 april, but still, I refered to the first support about it happening again.
and I got the same email, and that I should reacht out if it happens again.

Endless circle.. but I will do as adviced i will wait 48hrs when next payout is is at 0 days again and no loyalty points are delivered.
