I would prefer it to be free, but felt like Jagex really wouldn't want to do that assuming they even took this idea on board, plus it would be yet another gold sink which we could really use. Just felt like 250k can be easily made by any player who is not expecting gold to rain down on them with no effort.
I really wouldn't want to be limited to 3 colors...rather pay some coins but have access to all I have bought.
