I am having the same issue to. I just got a new card and changed my subscription over from my old card to the new one. I cancelled the subscription and bought a new one on billing date (24th of May) where I would be getting my 3rd month in a row of membership. I have checked and my account says I am still a member, however I have not received any loyalty points.
