I feel like I just wasted 40k loyalty points on the Wisdom aura. Its been an hour since using it (and realising how bad it is) that I'd like to refund it, however this function is not yet available. Please can we have a 'refund aura' option considered as a future update?

2.5% exp might save you an hour or two getting a 99, but in the grand scheme of things that is hardly worth 40k loyalty points. 2.5% of 13m exp (99) is 325k exp, so I save 325k exp if I only train that skill for 30minutes every day from 1 to 99. That is really bad, i mean REALLY bad. I guess its worth it over a 10 year period but come on.

Suggestion 1 - Add the ability to refund an aura within a 24hr grace period.
Suggestion 2 - Increase widom aura exp percentage or duration, or reduce the cost of it.

I think its obvious that I made a mistake and would like there to be an option to refund. Bob says:

Items bought from sgs never get refunded as all sales are final.

Just because you "made a mistake" isnt going to give you a refund.

If it were that easy then ppl could scam jagex out of rc.

As for point 2, still no.

You shouldve done your research like stated as theres a wiki link ingame for this exact reason yet you chose to ignore it.

Thus 0 reason for an increase or any other change.

Draco Burnz, 'shoulda woulda coulda' come up with something constructive for a change, please. and scam what? 1 hour of 2.5% exp? be real. Steam lets you play a game you have purchased for an hour before refunding, a pretty good model if you ask me, try before you buy. Other people are bound to make the same or similar mistake I did.

Implementing a refund function is probably more effort than it sounds, if you had to hire more staff to respond to the extra tickets of aura refunds not working, etc. You might be able to automate it though. Stop people abusing the refund system by limiting it to 3x per year with a 'within 1hr' window to refund, something like that. Anyway, just an idea. Bob says:
