Don't forget the students in the Persona and Shin Megami Tensei series. Those guys were pretty badass.

Exactly. A school outfit doesn't mean it should look "hentai". Persona did damn well their school outfits so they look amazing while fitting for any time wearing. Some anime themed clothes wouldn't hurt anyone in any ways.
