Two years later and I remember that there's a set of sailor costumes available from Trouble Brewing. So, there's technically already sailor fuku in game, it's just locked behind a dead minigame/Pirate Implings.

It would be nice if there were a few more colours, mind -- maybe if Trouble Brewing ever gets an overhaul? -- but I guess it turns out that we already have these.
