I own all packs and emotes now, but I seaport. I legit wanted all outfits from the packs I got anyway. lol (well not so much Ozan's, but the others yusss! Ozan's hair/cape is still FTW though...)

For Example, Lets say you have no runecoins and only want Sir Owen's hair and the Assassin top, bottom, gloves and boots. In order to get those one would have to spend 2484 runecoins (if you're a p2p or else f2p is 2760). You would have to use 3 prepaid cards (if you use those) which is equivalent to 2850 runecoins which is wasting 75 dollars because you don't want most of the things in the pack anyways. Even if there is a discount of a mere 10% it still forces you to use the whole 75 dollars. As a p2p you could save 276 runecoins with 10% discount but for certain outfits you only save like 20-40 runecoins which shows that the discount isn't all that useful. At least increase the discount since p2p are already pouring their money into the game and should deserve something at least... I know some players can afford those but think about it...you could be spending on other things and have more of a gain than a virtual outfit at

Only 2 cards from Wal-Mart atm would do it. thought.
I bought all the packs and I Don't seaport as it would create unnecessary work, and if you really want something you can just buy it right nao, or use bonds...
Also if you only want assassins top/bottoms/gloves/boots then its worth buying the full pack since that's almost the full pack anyways. (well 4/9, not including the title)
