Sadly, you can only store 1 type of item per keepsake.
1x hat
1x body
1x legs
1x gloves
1x boots
1x cape
1x necklace
1x main-hand weapon
1x off-hand weapon/shield

It's not. Everyone is essentially already carrying the "box", and we can only have one. Just like how everyone has equipment slots they can wear items in, everyone has keepsake slots as well: the ones Elysium listed. You can see them in your customisation interface.

A tome of frost will override books (off-hand).
The wiki is not jet fully complete, so I wouldn't completely rely on it's completeness.

Dual primal rapiers WILL override dual drygore rapiers.
Also, you can only store 1 off-hand and 1 mainhand only.
so a dual weapon set + staff will not work.

You can buy more then 1 and hold more than 1 in your inventory/bank at the time.
You can also use different weapons with a keepsake box, but that will replace the current one. the first box will be destroyed though! so a new one is needed to do so.
