Why should any post be "rectified"? Jagex need to "rectify" nothing since it is extremely clear that BTS in the past used to provide only an idea of what Jagex planned to do, not a promise at all. Even a grade school student should understand that after seeing the same "What is Behind The Scene" reminder month after month, year after year.

What authorities? The National Trading Standards are the AUTHORITIES regarding advertisement and such in UK. The 6 million dollar question is why don't Santa Claus and Bugs Bunny go to Trading Standards for UK Authorities?

Outcome of ASA complaint
They acknowledged it and will keep it on record, if anyone else feels the same way and puts through a complaint then they will take action but won't take action until then.
