Or you need to learn just because ppl say something, doesnt make it fact.

Especially with companies trying to make money.

Yes, somebody need to learn English and realize what the real facts are:

It is clearly stated that BTS is only a plan, not a promise.

Besides, please stay on topic. OP asked a simple question when will Shadow Drake be available again in the future. It has nothing to do with BTS and faked "promises", and definitely not about "lawsuit" that individuals tried to threaten Jagex with.
If users have anything to deal with Jagex or Jagex staff specifically, they should go through the proper way, definitely not in the forum. Please keep the forums clean for what they are meant for

Sine this thread is about items only in SGS, it should belongs in the SGS forum to begin with.

Turksta sadly there's no point wasting time with those without any goal in life, other than to drain others. It's better to just get on with doing things from the people who will always say no for the sake of it.

I called the ASA for my complaint and they said that it was being looked into and I wasn't the only one who laid a complaint but it will take a few weeks more to consolidate (not sure if they meant complaints).
The person wouldn't give much detail or comment on it. When I updated the complaint with the link you provided/screens, the person said they seen this every so often personally, and nearly all cases came out with the company investigated on that advertisement.

If you like to add more you can put another through their website. Just search ASA UK.

Hard to believe Kupo still think this way after the past 5 pages. Here goes my effort:


One time only. Once.

The last link where the limits ARE defined, Dilbert already addressed it so not much for me to say. But Jagex might have gotten lucky with that one lol. But don't we all need some luck in life ehh?

Everybody can file a "complaint" on all online games, virtual worlds among other forms of entertainments including but not limited to TV, radio programs and concerts regarding changes of content. But the fact is the end user agreements of such entertainments always allow the service providers to make their own content offers and schedules. For instance, nobody can sue ABC for interrupting a scheduled baseball game to release a Breaking News, or the President's State of the Union Speech.

In this particular case with the BTS, Jagex had obviously done more than enough to ensure the users know BTS was always a plan, not a promise. They even put the same "What is Behind the Scene" reminder on every BTS for years. Nobody can just say "I don't agree therefore it doesn't exist" and pretend he has never seen that remarks for years. :D :D :D
