So i went to Gamestop and they only had $10 cards, so i went across the street to Target. They had a $25 card, i bought it, got runecoins and sum spins, and i didnt get the lightning pack???? whats goin on? Its November 17th.

So, you released the scarecrow mask about a month ago, and now you've already released another game card reward?
Come on, that means the people that got last month's reward AND the masses of members who use a credit card won't get this reward.
Nice one.
And yes, i KNOW game card membership days stack on top of the credit card payments, but i don't see why we should have to buy the card in the first place.
Jagex, you're quickly losing your fanbase.
The loyal members who have been playing for years and actually funded the content you're bringing out over these next few months are being shoved to the side, just so you can keep luring in new members.

the mods wont answer cause that would possably get them get caugt in a lie or cause them to lie out right..
simple fact is its not fair to limit the items just to a particular store .... it should not matter how they get thier money just that they get it...
so buying it from any of the following ways should get you the items
using a credit card...
buying online...
buying a card from any store...
going to jaqex head quarters and shoving the 25 dollors up any one's butt who would approach you....just to tell you you cant walk into the building...

Another Gamestop promotion? REALLY? It would make more sense to apply this promotion to the Wal Mart game cards because Wal Mart is by far the larger retailer making this offer more available to more people.
Either that or you could just do something entirely unprecedented and apply the promotion to every RS game card found everywhere. Me buying a game card at Gamestop is not going to promote me to buy their items when Wal Mart is closer and cheaper.
Here, I'll give you this strawberry if you keep it a secret!
