Agree with what has been said before RE: putting these game-card items in the loyalty shop. It goes back to what has been said time and time again: You're going to cut off your nose to spite your face if you keep making people (long time members in particular) pay twice for the complete game content. Having supported Jagex from the days when Andrew had to get up in the middle of the night to reboot the servers, it's nice to know where you stand on our continued patronage (Loyalty shop updates? What are those?)
Just as well, from a management perspective, you have too many cooks in the kitchen with regards to revenue generation. If the three key elements (design, implementation, feedback) were all in sync, I think you would have a more positive response to these sorts of offerings as opposed to throwing everything at the wall and hoping something sticks (the buckshot approach). In particular, there is a distinct lack of synergy between the implementation and feedback portions of these revenue generating endeavors that does nothing to take consideration of customer reactions.
Simply offering some constructive criticism. And just so you don't think I'm a complete curmudgeon, I did particularly enjoy the updated dungeons (Taverly, Brimhaven, etc). Quite spiffy indeed.

As for everyone's questions regarding recurring membership if you pay automatically each month via card you can simply add the game card to the account and what that will do is freeze the recurring payments, then resume once again at the end of the game card's time.

Hi Jagex,
All I have to say is this:
Every item that comes with gamecards (they pay to play) must be available to recurring membership (they also pay to play) through the Loyalty program.
I have read that the suggestion will be passed through.

ok, 1 question. why are these promotions never included in the behind the scenes videos or discussed as future content/guarenteed content in polls or in forums?? it seems to me a heads up would be nice. some people have budgets to handle you know.
and why should loyal recurring member customers have to pay extra to get these game card rewards huh?

Just curious if we have to get the membership or if we can claim spins/runecoins and still get the mask. Ive got reoccuring membership so if i could just claim spins or runecoins that wouldnt be so bad in comparison to adding another 90/100 days i dont need on my membership.

Explain to me how people with a monthly draft membership aren't important enough to get in on these deals? I've been drafted every month for almost five years, and this is the thanks I get.

Really?? No thanks. I don't want to be paying $22.50 plus tax for a new membership just to be getting a mask. I rather pay the 3 months and not pay tax just to get the mask. Jagex, you failed again (unless if I do get the mask in game lol).
Oh yeah! 3 months membership = 90 days (maybe a bit more, it all depends).
