Jagex, I understand you have these promotions to help out retailers/sell more cards and generate more profit for all involved, but that doesn't change the fact that I, and many others with a recurring subscription, are frustrated we miss out on these items.
Why don't you add them to the loyalty store for those with a recurring membership to get? Surely it wouldn't impact on sales THAT much, right?

so when do the reaccuring membership players get items? cause if you look at my membership gem under my icon, i've had reaccuring membership for about 7 years!
GIVE US SOMTHIING TOO!! we pay to play just like everyone who buys a card!

If I get the $25 card from walmart do I have to use it on mems to get the mask, or else can I use it on something besides mems to get the mask? If it's mems only option then I hope this will last a while, seeing how I just grabbed a 90 day mems this month for golden katana..

Thanks for the feedback RE: potentially adding such items to the Loyalty Store. I can imagine some ways that would work but of course I'm not a designer so its just my opinion. I've made a note of the feedback and will pass the suggestion on. <3
