How about the people who pay every month by a credit card? why on earth would we buy a game card? what's there to stack then? I love this game but it's really starting to get ridiculous? I pay month after month, and there's nothing in it for me? why Can't the kids who've had a recurring membership for at least 3months not get it? I'm pretty upset because i want the mask and i wanted the flaming skull... couldn't get it because I already pay enough every month.

I can appreciate that all of these bonus items are released to increase the number of people purchasing the cards. I understand the theory of it. However, for those of us that have played for years (8 in my case) I have to say that we tend to feel cheated. We faithfully have RS billed to our accounts monthly for years w/o stopping membership. Why do we not automatically receive these items that come out?
Not only is it unfair - it actually gives us a reason to STOP the automatic billing and start using these cards.
A huge number of us are unhappy with this trend and would appreciate a response to it.

I think a couple of crucial points are being missed in this.Not everyone can actually get to the stores and so they do monthly membership because of this,whether the reason is disability or live too far away from the stores,there are reasons why some get recurring membership.Also have to take in to consideration people who have to budget.
So even more a slap in the face for loyal recurring members or people on a budget who buy a month gaming card at a time due to their financial situation

Hrmmm once again another item online paying memebers dont get. Also jagex this might seem like im being a jerk but could you stop with the members only rewards for holiday events? Give f2ps something to look foward to so they just dont quite RS and not stay until they can somehow pay for membership.

yea after reading more over these posts i'd figured i'd post again. Its clear to just about anyone who's been loyal to this game for years and years that Jagex doesn't care about we as the community say or want. At Jagex they're happy just to run your pockets as much as they can. Promotional sellouts. You people make me sick.

Once again...to all of you ppl who whine and complain that you get nothing from your monthly payments and threaten to stop playing runescape...here you are making your posts and playing. Does the monthly loyalty points mean nothing to you ppl who spend thousands of points to look better than everyone and all you ppl can complain about is what you're not getting. Or the free tons of xp that you can get daily. Or the rewards given for being loyal members for any stretch of time. All you complainers make me sick cuz you all have the same tune and none of you seem grateful for what you have been given where as those who buy membership cards get one special thing. Jagex goes out of their way to give something to those who cant buy a re-occuring membership every month like most of us...and yet too many of you whine about it. As far as im concerned all you complainers should quit runescape

this is unfair you want me (a recurring member) to go pay $20 when i'm living pay check to pay check. Some of us can't afford to pay $20 a month... half the time i cant afford the $5 I pay now... but iv been a member off and on for over 7 years on several accounts iv missed out on all these items because jagex cant seem to reward the loyal members.
