like i told you earlier i think you didn't was member from 1 september till 30 september withou any day missing but you can confirm this at billing support thread about this .

Dear Jagex,
I was member in September and October and i didn't get anything. What do i need to do to get the items? I didn't get anything and i was member in sebtember and october.
I hope u can fix this for me.

It is now the fourth of October and i know for a fact that i was a member throughout all of August and September, but I still haven't received my exp or my "Choose Your Fate" cards. I don't mind not getting the exp but i really want the instakill darts. I don't know if i want to stay a member anymore because i really looked forward to this, but since i still don't have it, and the fact that EoC is coming out, maybe it's time to quit.
