all i can say is ot contact billing support since you must have the option to get back the promisory note of august since there it is stored on or when you kept it on your bank then i will delivered on there there will be NO new promisory note in your invetory

I have been a member the whole time i just quit and recently came back but didnt get the primissionary note, ive been a member the whole time i left and came back can someone message me on runescape for help or something;/
