why haven't I got choose your fate or 700k of xp, I was a member since july!!! I only signed up in anticipation of these!!

I have been a proud member of runescape going on six years now. I was looking through the forums here and i did everything i was asked. I still have yet to receive the experience points nor the card of fate. i rarely play ill be honest but my membership has never lapsed. What could be wrong?
