i guess the question simply is Do you have to have the depleted note in bank from last month? If so then why didnt it state this?

@ all people who doesn't got it yet
have you been member from 1 september till 31 september with no longer gaps then 24 hours of being non member . if you didn't then you will recieve the xp note between now and 24 hours =). if there is a longer gap then 24 hours then i am afraid not.please enjoy my waffles while waiitng
