Yep, it can be used on almost all Monsters with just a few exceptions such as anything in Dungeoneering and Lucien.

if the dart works on QBD it would prob need 4 darts one for each stage since its like 4 kill attempts I assume :( Some ppl have said however it only takes 1 dart.
