If ANY of these summer items come back or are placed on Solomon's General Store.
Then RS Classic Cape should be brought back, including the items listed below.
Easter eggs, Pumpkins, Bunny ears, Yo-yos, Partyhats ect...
It's only fair, right?

I disagree. In all of those other instances ALL players who were in game at that time could obtain those rewards by working to obtain them. In this instance players can be denied the rewards due to luck.
Moving them to rewards store is an alternative way to allow players to "work" for the reward. As it stands now most members will never have full summer rewards because they weren't lucky.
I've been a member since 2006. I have every holiday item available since that time because I worked for them. I will never have an easter ring because I wasn't a player when they were released. I understand and accept that. The dragon ceremonial is something I won't get because of a random number generator. So, effort doesn't count - it's all luck.

Summer Event 2012, Easter Event 2003.... Same concept.
I also understand missing the 2003 event, = no reward.
Missing 2012 event or not obtaining these items, should be the same.
If you're going to buy at Solomon's then you had the chance to purchase spins, every piece was easy to get the first few days of release.

^ Excuse me? You could buy 100s of spins and STILL not get all of the items, especially that "elusive" emote. If you're unlucky, it doesn't matter how many spins you buy, you're still unlucky in the end & come out with a fat wad of exp lamps and coins yet no cosmetics. And bad comparison--those holiday events were FREE. You can pay for membership to get an extra reward, yes, but you also get membership itself along with that. Plus you're GUARANTEED those holiday rewards.
With spins? HECK NO! Bought or free, it's still all based on luck. Sorry, but your poor analogy really bothered me. I had to reply.

I'd like more chances to win the last 2 pieces of Dragon Ceremonial that I need. I wasn't even on over the weekend and didn't see this promotion until Monday. I got 1 piece of Dragon Ceremonial and now it'll be almost impossible for me to get the other 2.
I hope that at the very least in the future Jagex will not make limited time cosmetic items. I posted in a few forums at the beginning of the summer about how many people would be unable to get these full outfits and I know there are many others in the same position as me. If at all possible, I would greatly appreciate if these could stay on the SoF where people like me who missed this weekends opportunity can still have a chance of getting the outfits.
Edit: I have read other posts here and I agree that it would be a good idea to either add items such as the beach ball and dragon ceremonial pieces to SGS or the Loyalty shop as I too would be happy to get the items in this way (hint Jagex: this is a way to get more money too, especially the SGS way).

i would love to see the summer items in the solomon general store or loyalty shop but I don't agree to bringing the classic items back since people from runescape classic earn those items for attending the events fairly :)

I also dont agree with bringing classic items back. I agree with the concept of being able to show how long you've been around but these current cosmetic items are being given by CHANCE, not earned by the player.
Items given by chance are no way to show experience, they are a way to show luck and nothing more. I purchased some of the prepaid cards that gave spins and I still don't have the dragon ceremonial.
If this were an event i missed I wouldn't be complaining, but this is something I had time to get, tried to get, but didn't have the luck to get and I don't appreciate it that some player who's been around for a few months can get something based on luck that I haven't been able to get when I've been playing for almost 5 years now.
Edit: Most of the people I see defending the concept of people "earning" this with luck are people who were lucky enough to get these things, there are very few people who weren't lucky enough to get this who are actually defending this. For those of you who have full dragon ceremonial, try to see this from the point of view of those of us who have tried to get this but haven't gotten it and aren't going to be able to get these items unless they get extremely lucky in the next few days. The only solution that is FAIR for EVERYONE would be to offer these items on SGS of the Loyalty shop, even if it's only for a month or 2. Jagex please consider this option.

I also have read all the comments and i totally agree. I had almost a month to get this stuff with 4 spins a day but i could not do anything about it because the sof is based on luck, and if Your telling me that this is the last chance to get the items with LUCK then then u should really consider this.
