Solomon's General Store. I took advantage of the sale going on earlier this week and purchased the Squid Cape, Seaweed Hair, Lei Necklace, Bare Feet, Grass Skirt, Tropical Top, Tropical Headress and was told these items would be in my inventory when I returned to Runescape. They were not :( Today I went back to see what might have happened. All the items are showing "purchased" but I never got them. I purchased the crab dance emote and it works fine. How do I go about getting the items I purchased?

TheKahlan, go to the equipment interface and open the costumization option, they are all there ready to use. =)
EDIT: All items you buy at the solomons store go to that place, so it doesnt take bank space.

After winning the second pair of the boots, I did not see any more duplicates - however I also didn't see enough chances to win Beach ball, Shark fists, and the sunbathe emote.
After winning the Dragon Ceremonial Hat which was my last piece of the set, I began to see other prizes but I counted and I only saw Beachball, sunbathe emote, and the shark gloves once out of about 55 spins (the remainder after I won the hat)
I did win beach ball when I had about 4 spins left, I got very lucky :3
