Jagex it is not fair, I REPEAT NOT FAIR to give them items missing if they got duplicates!!!!!
For all of us that are not trying to abuse a glitch to get all the items, it gets harder and harder to get those last few pieces!!!!
Those who are getting duplicates have those duplicate items PLUS missing items on spin wheel!!!!!
THIS DRAMATICALLY INCREASES THEIR CHANCES TO GET FULL SETS!!!
The duplicate items should therefore be converted into coins!
Only way this will be fair for us not bug abusing glitches and trying to get duplicates so that you will change them out of missing pieces!
Money spent on spins for the wheel was NOT granted the same opportunity again, duplicate items not being removed from wheel = much larger chance to get an item either missing or duplicate and then if replaced with missing they had an UNFAIR increased advantage to get said missing items over the rest of us!
I spent money on a product this is what you get when you start charging real life money, it has to be fair and equal!

Jagex if you do not remove items that players did NOT earn on the spin wheel from replacing duplicate items then I will be sueing you in court for charging for a product and NOT giving the same product to all.
As money has been spent on spins you are now liable!
