excuse me tele, but if i got my mems on the 2nd of august and i still able to get my 350k exp, if not am i also still able to get the 650k through september?

I WAS REALY LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS XP REWARD UNTIL I SAW THERE WERE LVL BOUNDRIES.. im sorry but that's just lame.. i was hoping to use it on a skill in which i am low lvl to get it up faster (LOGIC) not use 100K xp on a skill that won't even get me half a level.. i'm sorry but that's just lame.. anyway i hope they do it next time sothat you CAN spend the total amount on one skill
