Currently I am trying to contact Jagex about my issue right now but can't figure out where to send them this message (I have tried multiple times), I didn't receive my 350k exp for being a member during the period of August. I look back and my Member activation details, and see that the activation date was at (02-Aug-2012 02:45:08). Now I did buy the Runescape Membership here in -7GMT AZ Standard Time. Which would have been on (01-Aug-2012 06:45:08) my time. Now the only reason this account has membership is because I had read the news and my account to get that experience. Overall I was waiting and expecting that experience at the end of this month but never received it.

If this is the incorrect method for sending this message, please direct me in a pathway that will give me the successful results.

I'm not sure. The only idea I could think is that you would have to be in runescape for every hour through august. I hope that is not true, I figured it would of been by day. If I did know though I wouldn't of bought it. I'm going to go review it and see if I can find it myself and I'll let you know.

Recurring membership since 2006 and I didn't get my promissory note. And of course it have no clue how to email billing support because the information if hidden.
