Currently I am trying to contact Jagex about my issue right now but can't figure out where to send them this message (I have tried multiple times), I didn't receive my 350k exp for being a member during the period of August. I look back and my Member activation details, and see that the activation date was at (02-Aug-2012 02:45:08). Now I did buy the Runescape Membership here in -7GMT AZ Standard Time. Which would have been on (01-Aug-2012 06:45:08) my time. Now the only reason this account has membership is because I had read the news and my account to get that experience. Overall I was waiting and expecting that experience at the end of this month but never received it.
