I signed up ON the 1st of August. I was a trial member from then until the 14th of August (my trial never expired) and have been a full member ever since. Am I eligible for the free EXP? I'm not sure if it's the fact that I'm not eligible or that it just hasn't arrived which is responsible for it not being there.
Heads will roll if I missed it by a measly hour or two. :@

Hello. I became member the 1th august, and one guy from your website told me that if I extended my membership to the end of august I would get my reward. And I sure hope that I didn't get tricked.
As I wasn't member around 00:00 1th August, maybe more like 11-12:00am. Will I still get it?

Redeem code is just for other items. Not for this promotion. There is a code system we use if we want to give out things we can do it by code.
