i bought a membership on august 1st and it ran out at midnight of the 30th of august. My mother was out of town and i had no way of renewing my account membership because i don't have my own credit card, we dont have pay pal, and i live in a small town and its a 30 minute drive to the nearest dealer of membership cards. I renewed my membership asap, but Does this mean i miss out on the 350k exp being given out today?

Hi - My membership ended Aug 2nd (From july) and then it was renewed on Aug 4th (So I missed just ONE day due to banking issues) Will I still get them for August? I even have another month for September.. Please tell me yes, I waited all month to get this! ): I have 11 months loyalty (Idk if thats in a row?) I know it says this can take hours, but please let me know if since I missed just that one day (It wasn't like the first that it ended) will I still get it? Pleaseee say yes Q.Q! Thanks! (:

@Rurom I am not sure you would have to contact billing support to find out. I know there was a period of time you were allowed to miss but I am not sure as to the exact details.
Steps to Contact Billing Support
1) Log into Webpage up near Play Now!
2) Click on forums.
3) Click on the billing support forums.
4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.

To Send a Ticket follow these steps:
5) Click on Message Centre which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.

To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.
