I am wondering if I am still eligible to claim my 350k free xp.
I have been a member all the way through August, although there was a slight error where the card holder reversed the transaction of payment.. My account was frozen for about a week, and I don't know whether it still counts as "being a member..."
I unlocked my account when I had the money (after about a week) would I still be able to collect my free 350k? Please reply as soon as.

4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.
To Send a Ticket follow these steps:

6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.
To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.
