JAGEX Don't make us laugh, read all the feedback...
A huge part of the community don't want RWT updates but IN-GAME updates like the golden days.
Don't make the long time player quit by such updates, EcO and RWT.

Off topic *Also read feedback on Barbarian assualt in BETA it is still not fixed.*

I don't understand how this goes against what MMG has said?
He said that this was needed for Runescape to support it for the decade(s) to come, and the double exp will only ensure a lengthier future due to more money going into the game, surely this should be seen as positive? If you can't be a pencil to write anyone's happiness, then try to be a nice eraser to remove someone's sadness.
