One of the underlying themes of most recent and planned updates seems to be promoting a consistent and "polished" look for RuneScape as a whole. Are there future plans to implement more area reworks on the same (or larger) scale as the current Al-Kharid one?
Perhaps more within Mod Osborne's area of expertise:
What kind of interactions do you have with the content development/game design team to ensure that new items, abilities, and mechanics all respect RuneScape's large collection of lore?

A few more questions! All about Seren! (Mostly)
Seren's personality- would you say that she is a stern, maternal goddess; and that her crystal seeds were given to the Elves as a gesture of motherly care, but at the same time, on a strict policy of "I help those who help themselves."
Not about Seren, but Zaros- what was/is Zaros' relation with the other minor or obscured Gods. ...Such as Seren?
At one point, Glarial's tombstone was changed from a Celtic Cross to a Zarosian Cross. Is it true? Are Glarial and King Baxtorian that enigmatic breed of Elf we call "Zarosian Elves?"

What were Zaros' motives and intentions before he disappeared?
What made him align himself with the darker creatures of ***linor?
What exactly did his followers gain from him?
What did he gain from them?
What areas in current day ***linor would you consider Zarosian friendly? (especially locations with house portals.)
What was Zaros like as a god? Was he kind and benevolent, or was cruel and selfish? or did he simply not get involved in the affairs of his followers?
Anything else you can tell about Zaros and Zarosianism would be appreciated, as well. The Ghostly Witch King

Right down to the question.
I was wondering, earlier in the year you said that more Community Management staff would be appointed but it seems that only the opposite has happened and as of now there's only a handful of people in that position.
Is this going to change?
