I do know that term quite well.
Basically I see this happening:
players quit slowly from small updates, Eoc happens and more quit, but also bringing in a new community for the game.
Then there will be those who just stick with it and enjoy what the game has to offer.
I do see your view as well.

Lol so what you're saying is that there basically 3 types of Runescapers
1) Those who deal with **** updates and continue playing
2) Those who don't deal with **** updates and quit
3) Those who are new to the game and don't know they're **** updates

At the moment the things I find wrong with this game is a lot more rude and/or arrogant players are starting to appear.

close, but there is some community left that enjoys the game for what it actually is and just choose to ignore or try and give helpful feedback for "bad" updates.
I do not find too much to complain about in this game besides some of the communities reasoning.
