Just obtained the stormy ring now as well, I'm on a roll! :D hehe.
the only thing i noted about this and disliked about it was that the cloud doesn't follow you when you move your character around. :(

i liked it back when we earned item through hard work and effort but now its just luck and or buying Squeal ...o well it is your game(its kind of lame all these new items look cooler than any of the items we had earned.....o well)
o i also came up with an idea why not make it so when you win any cosmetic item from sof you can equip it through that customization interface instead of getting it as an item.
positives with my idea
1 so if you die you wont loose the look if you have it as the customization idea.
2 you can wear dragon bone ceremonial over bandos or torva when on your slayer task.
3 saves a TON of bank space.
negatives with my idea
1 cant wear your dragon bone in pvp areas.(who cares its not a pvp Armour lol)
2 the ice cream cone hat with benefit might not work with my idea.(this item or any future sof item with benefits will have to stay as a item you have to wear to gain its benefits and when the charge is all gone and the benefits are all gone it can join all the other sof cosmic items in the customization option of your worn equipment thing)

Horrible thing happened to me.
3 of the 4 new items appeared on the wheel on my final free spin of the day.
Just as it's about to land in the common slots, I'm like hell yes 2 of those new rings are in there...the stupid thing went over one notch more and I spun the rare slot...the one time I wanted to spin common. What did I get you ask? A pendant in a skill I've already got 99.
Just horrific luck..or maybe the big J has a little trick up there sleeves causing high leveled players to get worse spins compared to lower leveled players, so they buy spins to get the items they missed.
Don't think stuff like this doesn't happen. Another popular online game I play called Urban Rivals, the staff had coded a lottery system that purposely gave lowered leveled players the most expensive cards in the game. Although they openly admitted it to the playerbase. I kinda want to hear it from a mods mouth now if chances are skewed based on combat levels.

this is pathetic stop it jagex this is not runescape! all my friends are quitting all my favorite youtubers are just so called "taking breaks" damnit stop it add new quests!, graphics, skills, bosses, gear, ores, resources, update the bloody wilderness where theres benefit to dwell deeper and gain more loot , get theese stupid dicers and h/cx2 $%^& out of your game the bots are crashing money making methods for the average player just stop it no one wants the bloody barbeque pit we want REAL CONTENT!
EXAMPLES
GRAPHIC UPDATES
elven lands/add ge/and extreme crystal city/with ge (hub for higher lvl'd players)
new bosses/ what happend to the kalphite king/also add new and interesting bosses!
more grandmaster quests and new landmasses!
expanion to dungeoneering make the dungeons harder past floor 60 but let us get more binds add more benefitting items to the shop perhaps chaotic warhammers ect
for thoose like myself who are stoked on tokens let us enchant and upgrade our chaotics or perhaps let us unlock chaotic armour pieces
theres so much you can do with your great game but you dont utilize it all you do now is update the squeel wheel and players are quitting and turnning theyre back on this game everyday its not the fact that its there, its the fact that thats youre top priority when it comes to updating i looked and the only true game content that came out this summer was...

some like it cold - 1 hour (theese where good quests and good content all though we need more)
clan avatars - great for skilling but could be better as far as upgrading it for higher exp bonus and maybe make them beneficial for pvm'ers and they dont attack i dont know why you call them our "secret weapon"

jagex this is it if it wasnt a SOF update it was a beta event scrap the beta its limiting you towards the development of a good game please take time to just think jagex would you be ****** if a game you loved is going to *H!T?
