i got something for you mods. i just bought a 90 day card from walmart because of the flaming skull. but i didnt expect that it had to be from a store of your chosing. i just wasted 22 dollars on this to find out that i cant get the skull. so what now? am i to go spend more of my hard earned money. or can you just give me the skull. please

hi jagex hi everymod sorry i dont know ur name stoped to play a while ago for one simply reason i cant upgrate from my country i usally had to do it with my brothers phone in uk and its not right im from Kosovo We are one country and i think a lot of kids here in this days play runescape espeacility during summer i dont know why it isnt on list its only albania but im not from albania cant use my credid cart im 21 years old and sometimes i love to play here i have a great life and i enjoy playing runescape for fun im not trying to do something huge on runesape just a bit of play 3 months without member i think now and its not okey i have so many friends i would recomande to put kosovo too or simply to put the number of kosovo we use the code 377 its the code of monaco or 386 the code of slovenia put them on phone we would love to become member with phones and everything replay me back plz let me know

I dont know where i can tell anyone about my problem and i think this is it.
But i keep getting hacked and all my stuff taken. But when i try to change my ******** it tells me to check my email. My email i put on this account has been disabled and i have no way of changing my ********. is their any way to fix this? im tired of working hard and then it being taken away.
