I'm not familiar with name changing, but have you tried looking in your Account Settings?

3 or 4 weeks... not really sure and I'm still trapped in this crappy forum... you'd think by now it'd been fixed or you'd have made a statement telling people what the actual problem is to make us feel better instead of saying were having technical issues!
