does anyone know why they are doing this? i do i tryed apply for a life time membership and in order to do that they told me i would have to login with my facebook
1.sorry not doing that since facebook is makeing people convert to the time line its like jagex is saying you must use facebook to login to runescape or you cant do it so i guess i wont be haveing a chance to get life time membership even though i already have paid for 2 years in the game cards

i would like peopl to think of the bigger picture here the reason i didnt want to use the login with facebook is i didnt want to but now they are saying you have too in order to have a chance to win a lifetime membership first facebook said hey look timeline anyone want they just can push a botton we wont make you choose it later we will be makeing people take the timeline even if they dont want it why is jagex temping us with a life time runescape memebership and we have to make it so we login through facebook why not just press like and get it over with i would have to like it 2 times already all in all runescape is getting dumb more and more as the months go on but will i eer quit haha nope im a runescaper for life prob i just wanted to point out everyone is trying to make yo do something you dont want to do like obama UN treaty trying to take your gun rights away o but its ok cuz we will still have rifles and hand guns but no simi auto to protect our selfs if the military declares M. law on us

At the people angry for assuming all people have FaceBook, use your brain. Something like 800 million facebook accounts have been made, so it's highly likely that most people in the first world have it. And I will enter, even if I'm quitting.

It's not real world trading if you're paying for an in-game service provided by Jagex. With your logic, paying monthly for membership is real world trading. Nobody is forcing you to purchase spins or coins - that's on you. However, I would prefer if Jagex would make this contest on the official site rather than Facebook. I deactivated mine for a lot of personal reasons, and I'd like to participate, but I won't reactivate it just for this.
