^_^ I think Jagex is a company. and like all Companys need Money. I don't mind Yepls and the S.O.F but I do mind the lack of back story with it. Even a short cutseen when yelps comes to varrock from far away lands come to share his $$* with us somthing at least. this update is sorta weak. you have done a 2x cash allready. I love the pendants and that update you should do more like it. But this is a lttle weak. Jagex I have trust in you! Don't let me down! ^_^ all so the fact that membership was "full acess" and now it's not is kinda depressing. But I understand. I just hope Jagex dose not make to many more people mad.

mod timo: indirectly, you answered some of my questions earlier, and i want to say i do appreciate that - most of us really do thank you very much. i understand why you are a bit quiet and selective with your replies - as each time you make a post you seem to get blasted. i do not want to do that and very much appreciate your responses.
that said - this is exactly why, i believe, jagex is making grave mistakes and not listening to the player community. i understand forums are a small percentage, but the amount of venom coming from this small percent is off the charts. clearly, people are very upset. moreover, i am very confident the percentage of those that dislike SOF is much higher than jagex is estimating - however they are estimating it, be it by spin purchases or other word of mouth. i don't know where they get their information, but, dude, it's obvious to anyone seeing this many many many people hate the SOF.
you must see how in the act of creating the SOF, it broke the 'contract' jagex made with it's players - hence the reason the key paragraph came off the website. i don't want to beat a dead horse - but the SOF is hated (and I could easily make a like argument for the EoC update - but i won't.... i will bite my tongue) by many people.
timo, at the least why not have a vote? that would settle everything. a vote for all these updates that are causing such hate and vitriol. they are totally dividing the community and causing such damage. i read that there was a problem having an effective vote. so, tell the coders to stop making the SOF business for a week or two (which would make LOTS of people happy) and make an effective voting system. it can be done - people vote for presidents of countries over the internet.
make it happen. effectively listen to the players. be assured the game is going where THE PLAYERS want it to go. rejuvenate this game and raise it back to it's former greatness. the players are screaming for it! please.

Why do you keep telling the gambling association that you can not trade sof winnings for real money when your game is full of auto typers advertising rs cash?
People are getting arrested and facing 15 years in prison for armed robbery...
...and you advertise on kids TV.

Those of you who want to see Jagex actually stop with the bs and actually update the game, you need to CANCEL your membership, and not resubscribe until they start listening.
Think about it, as we all clearly know, the ONLY thing they're interested in at this point is money. So, play by their rules. Take away their money, and they suddenly have an incentive to listen. But it'll only work if a large group of people do so. Enough to make a difference.
It's the only way you're going to get them to listen. If you aren't prepared to take away the only thing they care about, then you aren't serious about convincing them to change.

Way to dodge the actual complaints. The complaints are NOT "cosmetic Items", the complaints about the ability to buy stats and gold, and in many instances, items.
How can you justify caring about the Game's Economy, and then release an update that puts into the game 400m gp out of nowhere? Where's the balance in that? Where's the balance when multiple people win that and BILLIONS of GP enter the game's economy in a flash?
Just be honest with the players. It's not about making an enjoyable experience, it's about raking in more cash. You guys are suffering for money and it's showing with all these updates. The more intelligent of players aren't falling for the excuses.
