The difference is Jagex owns the game. You don't. You only have a license to access it, but not to use their copyrighted property in a way they don't want you to use it for... when you press the "I agree" button you acknowledge it.
Do people ever read the Terms of Service of the things they use?

Hehe... haters probably not gonna complain when they win the 400m right? And no, it's not rigged... I didn't win the 200m but there are ppl who did and personally got a lucky sgs on a lvl3...
I don't like the cosmetic shizzles from Solomon's store though, but hey, that's just personal...

Idk if you noticed it but you and every single RS player is getting fk'd by jagex in every of possible ways in last months.
